Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews as they were incentivized a couple years prior by management before the current one. This apartment complex (and the one right next door) is gang-controlled and management does ZERO to address on property violence, gang-loitering, drinking, and now shootings that happen ON property. No security cameras or other efforts done by this property to help ensure a safe enviorment for tenants and leave you in the dark with no information/ nowarnings/or any type of notice or letters issues to tenants addressing severe safety issues on property when they occur. Especially if you have kids/teens, beware of this location since these gangs are all in their early 20's to late 40s and are known to be dangerous individuals. You can also expect to face constant noise issues in the early to late hours, cars crowding the parking lots and people who do not live here parking in your spot, gun shots, and trash / alcoholic containers left behind all over the property. Neighbors smoke in their units which seeps into surrounding units, water is often shut-off without any notice, but above all, management is unprofessional and dismissive.

Very loud and disrespectful neighbors. Lot of thugs hanging out in the parking lot late at night drinking, smoking, and playing loud music. Management doesnât do anything to dice this problem.

This apartment complex and the surrounding neighborhood have ongoing issues with graffiti, trash, and excessive noise. For example there is a lot of âNestor 19â graffiti in the apartment sidewalks, street signs and even the trees at Berry Park, which is concerning and contributes to a feeling that the property and surrounding neighborhood are not being adequately monitored or maintained. There are also frequent loud parties and disruptive activity in the parking lot next to the pool, sometimes late at night. It just feels anyone can park and play loud music for hours here. These issues have negatively affected the quality of life and sense of safety for residents. If resident safety and quality of life are a priority, management should take noise complaints, property damage, graffiti, trash, and security concerns more seriously and take appropriate steps to address recurring issues.

There are frequent parties, loud music being played from cars in the parking lot, and people singing and playing music late into the night. What is worse is that there seem to be gang related activity too. Unfortunately, management does very little to address these ongoing disturbances, despite them happening repeatedly. There are also safety concerns that need to be addressed. Multiple accidents have occurred in the parking lot next to the basketball court, which raises concerns about how safe that area is for residents and pedestrians. Overall, the property has significant issues with gang related activity, noise, resident behavior, and safety, and it feels like management is not taking meaningful action to address them.
