I have been living here now 13 years. It's an excellent place to live close to freeway, beach, and shopping. I want to emphasize that in our maintenance team Victor is the best . He is always prompt and courteous. Always with an excellent attitude. He is very knowledgeable and fixes any issues we experience.

I went to look at the apartments and one of the staff members I think it was one of the maintenance guys Martin, he was really sweet and showed me around. I had a really nice experience and I loved the apartments really clean and well maintained. I would really love to move there whenever there is chance to do so.
