Hello, I wanted to leave a comment about living here at Vista la Rosa! It's been a rollercoaster for me . I've lived here most of my life and ,we've been through a lot of managers but maintenance been the same two men for 20 year's or more ! I personally think that we need awhole new staff here .
They can be very mean at times at least with me . I've always been nice and sweet until I have to get on them to get thing's done that I've asked for week's sometimes month's to get my work order's fixed. Also ,recently they try to charge me for thing's I didn't do ? Last I check with the low income program here is supposed to come out of their pocket and not the resident's unless we done the damage ourselves. The manager here Bianca isn't very friendly with me at all. She also doesn't make any eye contact with me, she rather stare at my forehead and look spaced out like she's not even listening to what I have to say. I find that very rude and unprofessional, so it amazes me that other resident's are saying otherwise.
Must be nice that everyone else seems to be getting the professional treatment but not me. It feels like harassment with me she also took over my parking space for some month's without asking me herself . Thank God I was able to get my parking space back ,after I had to go through her boss for that request. Also ,their's a unit that got caught on fire on Christmas eve of last year and yet still hasn't got any work done on it as of yet today . Also , the past two recertifications she has giving me a hard time . The first one i did with her took her til almost the end of May to finalize it . It's never tooken that long to finish a recertification since I've lived here and I've lived for year's now .I've never experienced this type of treatment from a manager here before .I pray that we get new staff soon so everyone can be treated fairly and be professional at all causes...
