I want to recognize Vanessa is the front girl in the office. I love going to her because she is the sweetest and very hard working girl. Every time I have a problem with my apartment she puts in the orders and it get done. She also helps me with my stuff I don’t understand and she explains it. We need more employees like her, she haves respect, very friendly, and she’ll explain everything we don’t understand. I love living in Vista la Rosa.

This is one of the worst complexes to rent from in San Diego. Management, maintenance, even the corporate office people, are horrible. Maintenance doesn’t speak English, they are not trained and the things that they need to do, they leave their work orders half complete management does nothing but constantly apologize for our unsafe environment. Multiple assaults have happened on this property, with management knowledge and nothing happens. By far one of the worst complexes, AMC LLC is a horrible property management. I suggest to anybody who wants to rent here to google AMC LLC. You will see the multiple lawsuits. This will never be a home to people who come here. It will be a place that you will always look over your shoulder. It will be a place that your children will see ugliness it’s not worth the almost $2300.

I juts moved in to this place and I love it! I feel so blessed. I want to express my gratitude to Vanessa Lua for being so helpful with all the process, she was very nice, respectful and kind to answer all questions and concerns we had. The complex is quiet, clean and our apartment is very spacious.
