I juts moved in to this place and I love it! I feel so blessed. I want to express my gratitude to Vanessa Lua for being so helpful with all the process, she was very nice, respectful and kind to answer all questions and concerns we had. The complex is quiet, clean and our apartment is very spacious.

Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made my time in my apartment both comfortable and memorable. The news that Martin has retired is the push that prompted this long overdue review. In all of the years that I have lived here, Martin has been the only constant. He has always been professional and kind. His gentle demeanor and respectful manner when he enters to repair or inspect my apartment home has been greatly appreciated throughout the years. He will be missed. There is an attentive property management team in the leasing office that seems to listen and respond to tenant concerns. This has been my experience when interacting with them, Bianca, Vanessa and Lisa. We aren’t always in agreement or on the same page however they all listen and take the time to explain and smooth things out as best they can. For the first time I feel comfortable enough to express my concerns without the fear of retaliation from management. Not that I have many concerns, it is mostly compliance questions that HUD regulates. I feel very safe and secure and happy living here. Thank you.
