Very loud and disrespectful neighbors. Lot of thugs hanging out in the parking lot late at night drinking, smoking, and playing loud music. Management doesn’t do anything to dice this problem.

This apartment complex and the surrounding neighborhood have ongoing issues with graffiti, trash, and excessive noise. For example there is a lot of “Nestor 19” graffiti in the apartment sidewalks, street signs and even the trees at Berry Park, which is concerning and contributes to a feeling that the property and surrounding neighborhood are not being adequately monitored or maintained. There are also frequent loud parties and disruptive activity in the parking lot next to the pool, sometimes late at night. It just feels anyone can park and play loud music for hours here. These issues have negatively affected the quality of life and sense of safety for residents. If resident safety and quality of life are a priority, management should take noise complaints, property damage, graffiti, trash, and security concerns more seriously and take appropriate steps to address recurring issues.

There are frequent parties, loud music being played from cars in the parking lot, and people singing and playing music late into the night. What is worse is that there seem to be gang related activity too. Unfortunately, management does very little to address these ongoing disturbances, despite them happening repeatedly. There are also safety concerns that need to be addressed. Multiple accidents have occurred in the parking lot next to the basketball court, which raises concerns about how safe that area is for residents and pedestrians. Overall, the property has significant issues with gang related activity, noise, resident behavior, and safety, and it feels like management is not taking meaningful action to address them.
